A young man who bought the drug Viagra for his wife is now charged with taking the drug and failing to report his sexual problems to a doctor.
A Toronto man who purchased the erectile dysfunction drug Viagra for his wife has been ordered to pay $1.9 million in compensation for his wife’s injuries.
Cory Delgade, 49, of Toronto, pleaded guilty to a charge of taking the drug and failing to report sexual problems to a doctor.
Delgade was ordered to pay $1.9 million by a provincial court in Kingston, Ontario.
Tobacco smokers who used the drug to treat erectile dysfunction are alleged to have lost their jobs and health as a result.
According to the case report, Delgade took the drug to fix the problem, but was unable to get a prescription for the drug to treat it.
The drug was not available on the market until September 1, when a provincial court judge ordered a $100,000 fine.
The case is being prosecuted by Assistant PublicOfficials at the Crown Prosecution Service in Ottawa.
Delgade, who lives in Toronto, is an avid customer of the drugs and is a regular customer of the drug.
